The Best Customer Service Ever!!! W. Cooley is the best he's professional and knowledgeable about the product. Very understanding and listens to what the customer is really looking for. Ask all the right questions. He just made me feel that he wasn't in it for the money or to make a sale but really cared about my company. It's so rare to find a tech company these days where you're dealing with real people, based in the United States that actually care about their customers. Batch payments made (really) easy I needed to pay 150 people for a large project. Charlie from Sales and John from Support made starting up and getting our people paid seamless. We were able to email everyone a secure link where they entered their own direct deposit info. We're very happy with how things turned out and so are our contractors.
