GBWorst company ever I have been working with ppoc for years and never had an issue. Checkbook one day decided to suspend my account without any notice. I didn’t realize until 2 weeks later. And they wanted ppoc to contact them if I ever want to get my account back. But PPOC customer service didn’t understand why my account got suspended and why checkbook need them. They refused to do so but they did resent my payments by PayPal. Checkbook literally suspended my account and stopped my payment when their client didn’t have an issue. The customer service representatives are quite stupid. They can never answer my questions right. I’m asking about something they are telling about something else.

GBBatch payments made (really) easy I needed to pay 150 people for a large project. Charlie from Sales and John from Support made starting up and getting our people paid seamless. We were able to email everyone a secure link where they entered their own direct deposit info. We're very happy with how things turned out and so are our contractors.
