From the moment we started researching the trip all the way through to returning lucky to his rightful owners everything went without a problem. Lucky was fully equipped. All we needed to do was buy our food. The lucky van team was very responsive and helpful in planning our route. We were first timers and will absolutely do this again. I would recommend this van and go camp to anyone who's interested in the RV experience without the RV ownership responsibilities.

Want to give James 10 stars for his great services: there're high-quality supplies in the van, detailed preparation for everything, immediately responds to my questions and concerns, plenty information and step by step guides to operate the van, and most of all, warm words and advice when I had a bad situation. It was my first RV trip and I had a memorable story to tell. Cannot wait to have another trip with El Captain!

Great Responsiveness Go Camp was very helpful with our sprinter van rental. They were always quick to respond, the lady who showed us around the van was vey helpful. The videos from the van owners was helpful and easy to follow along with, and everything with the van funtioned properly

Brad and his Just Traveln Brad and his Just Traveln: 4X4 Winnebago Revel made my first camping with my two sons a priceless adventure. Brad is an excellent communicator. He demonstrated the components of the van and eased my anxieties. Just Traveln was outfitted with everything I needed to enjoy camping all we needed was clothes and food. Brad's attention to detail made our trip more enjoyable by including games and a few small toys. He is a good host and we will be traveling with Just Traven more in the future

Disappointed with communication and insurance We absolutely loved our rental and the people who owned the van. However, the GoCamp company has strung us along now for over 3 weeks about our deposit. Nobody contacted us about our options to cover a cracked windshield like they said they would and it seems like they are thinking they can charge us the whole $2,500 deductible for their “insurance” that we paid extra for without ever talking to us.
