GoCamp is customer focused from the start! We rented the van, 'Friday', for a week to travel around the parks in southern Utah. We actually started with a different van, but it was pulled for service ~6 weeks prior to rental. the group at GoCamp was VERY helpful in navigating to a different van for our trip. I appreciated GoCamp's support and process for working with the Van owner. The van and the crew behind the rental were EXCELLENT. Korey was always on the spot with information and willing to answer my many questions. Kathy was our onsite contact, meeting us with the van, going over all the operations, and checking us back in when we returned. Kathy was awesome...very helpful, great communication about the van and a joy to talk to. She was essentially our direct contact from the time we arrived in Vegas until our Uber showed up to take us back to the airport. Kathy was efficient in moving us through the check out/in process! This was our first experience with GoCamp and the #VanLife. We are hooked and ready to book with them again! Thanks to the team. This is a great crew to work with!

Words can't describe our experience with GoCamp and Badvanitude, from booking, pickup, unforgettable views while road-tripping to the Northern Cali coast and Redwoods, to returning Badvanitude. The initial walkthrough showed that every little thing was thought out on the placement and layout. Badvanitude comes ADVENTURE READY!

Fantastic all around Fantastic all around! Booking process was simple and charges were clear. Communication with van owner was easy and responses always prompt. Pick up and drop off seamless. The van was amazing and easy to operate. Top notch with all the bells and whistles and then some. Sol was always available throughout our journey to answer silly questions from this first-time campervan driver. My 15 year old daughter and I had the trip of a lifetime. Will definitely rent from GoCamp/Sapphire again! Not a single complaint! Absolutely wonderful.

Brad and his Just Traveln Brad and his Just Traveln: 4X4 Winnebago Revel made my first camping with my two sons a priceless adventure. Brad is an excellent communicator. He demonstrated the components of the van and eased my anxieties. Just Traveln was outfitted with everything I needed to enjoy camping all we needed was clothes and food. Brad's attention to detail made our trip more enjoyable by including games and a few small toys. He is a good host and we will be traveling with Just Traven more in the future

Seamless process from booking to Adventure Seamless process from booking to driving away, we had an awesome experience with GoCamp and look forward to another amazing trip utilizing their service. We booked a Class B for pickup in Las Vegas and spent ten days in Southern Utah, it was a priceless experience.
