Order delivered and boxes were open on… Order delivered and boxes were open on both ends- stuff spilling out of boxes. no packing slips showing parts included or instructions for installing and appears to be missing parts for top of fence. Now need to try to contact someone at store to try to figure out what is missing and how to resolve

Junk furniture Purchased 4 different tables and 20 chairs from the enfield store, 2 days later it rained and the rust coming from from the furniture stained the new stamped concrete deck. I visited the store and spoke with Afrika she said to send in pictures to her email which I did, went down there after no contact back. Was given the number for customer service and called them, I spoke with Lynn who wasn't very helpfull other than to say call the manufacturer. So namco isn't standing behind what they sell that was only 3 days old.... terrible...

Can’t say enough good things about… Can’t say enough good things about Karen and the team in customer service. She has gone over the top to get me a replacement part for our pool. And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!! Thank you Karen and the whole team for making our oasis a happy place again, we’re very grateful. Service Above and Beyond Want to thank Erica T. from Poughkeepsie NY store. She is the best with customer service and has a great knowledge of pools. I showed her a picture of the algae and debris that took over my pool during the off season. Following her instructions and proper usage of the products she sold me, my pool is now sparkling crystal clear. I pass two other pool stores to go see Erica and I plan on continuing to do so. I’ve been steered wrong in the past and now look forward to speaking with Erica again with any pool concerns. She has earned my trust.
