GBPoor Corporate Customer service and relations! We are experiencing an issue with the liner (seam separation), the local store we purchased the pool from has been great and helpful. In speaking to Lynn from corporate customer service, who was rude, condescending, and un-appathetic. I am very disheartened with our experience and based on our experience with corporate customer service Lynn will likely refer friends and family to other local pool companies as I would never want another person to ever have an experience like this. The only reason I gave it a one star is because of the local store (Swansea, MA) manager's and staff's willingness to go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation and make us whole.

GBService Above and Beyond Want to thank Erica T. from Poughkeepsie NY store. She is the best with customer service and has a great knowledge of pools. I showed her a picture of the algae and debris that took over my pool during the off season. Following her instructions and proper usage of the products she sold me, my pool is now sparkling crystal clear. I pass two other pool stores to go see Erica and I plan on continuing to do so. I’ve been steered wrong in the past and now look forward to speaking with Erica again with any pool concerns. She has earned my trust.

GBOrder delivered and boxes were open on… Order delivered and boxes were open on both ends- stuff spilling out of boxes. no packing slips showing parts included or instructions for installing and appears to be missing parts for top of fence. Now need to try to contact someone at store to try to figure out what is missing and how to resolve

GBLarge selection of pool equipment Large selection of pool equipment. Namco needs to get a private pool contractor affiliated with installing above ground pool. It is really hard to buy a pool without a pool contractor to install the above ground pool. I would recommend hosting a job fair to advertise the pool contractor or an open house.

GBI unfortunately had to return a pool… I unfortunately had to return a pool cover that would not fit due to our pool deck configuration. I returned the cover to our local Namco pool retailer who did not have that cover stocked on location. They were very helpful and accepted my return immediately as the package was not even opened. I wish I knew their names to give them Kudos. This was the retailer store located on Central Ave. in Albany New York.
