GBCan’t say enough good things about… Can’t say enough good things about Karen and the team in customer service. She has gone over the top to get me a replacement part for our pool. And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!! Thank you Karen and the whole team for making our oasis a happy place again, we’re very grateful. GBPoor Corporate Customer service and relations! We are experiencing an issue with the liner (seam separation), the local store we purchased the pool from has been great and helpful. In speaking to Lynn from corporate customer service, who was rude, condescending, and un-appathetic. I am very disheartened with our experience and based on our experience with corporate customer service Lynn will likely refer friends and family to other local pool companies as I would never want another person to ever have an experience like this. The only reason I gave it a one star is because of the local store (Swansea, MA) manager's and staff's willingness to go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation and make us whole.

GBI went to the Namco store in Poughkeepsie I went to the Namco store in Poughkeepsie to look at patio chairs. The two women working were very helpful. I decided on chairs but they explained the chairs wouldn't be delivered by the store for free but that if I ordered them online they would be delivered. I asked if they would help me place the web order while I was at the store and they did which I really appreciated; especially since it wasn't a sale for their store.

GBNamco pools helped me so much Namco pools helped me so much My old pump decided to die this season so I needed a new pump and a filter system that was compatible together You guys ( Steve) was so polite and understood exactly what I needed My pool is up and running and I’m Happy !😊

GB12/23/22 - Disgraceful - Southington Location. 12/23/22: I will be reaching out to your corporate office about absolutely disgusting and uncalled for service we received from your Southington location. We did not pay $9000 to be treated like garbage by your store manager. We purchased all the recommended coverages only to be told to go outside and fix it ourselves. This isn't over.
