And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!! Thank you Karen and the whole team for making our oasis a happy place again, we’re very grateful. GBPoor Corporate Customer service and relations! We are experiencing an issue with the liner (seam separation), the local store we purchased the pool from has been great and helpful. In speaking to Lynn from corporate customer service, who was rude, condescending, and un-appathetic. I am very disheartened with our experience and based on our experience with corporate customer service Lynn will likely refer friends and family to other local pool companies as I would never want another person to ever have an experience like this. The only reason I gave it a one star is because of the local store (Swansea, MA) manager's and staff's willingness to go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation and make us whole.

GBNamco Excellent service! I just went to Namco on route 1 in peabody. This store has Excellent customer service from the very beginning. I went to Namco and needed to have my pool water tested & needed some parts for our pool & Henry explained in detail all about our water, helped me find my pool parts and all with a smile on his face. He was happy to help me & he’s extremely knowledgeable about pool supplies & pools, very bright young man. If you need anything related to your pool go to Namco! Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into that store!

GBReal fast delivery, getting excited for the new pool season! Made the replacement pool liner purchase on Saturday morning. The pool liner was delivered the following Tuesday !!!!!!!!! We were shocked and surprised with the super fast delivery. I haven't installed the liner yet, and will write a follow up comment in the near future. Thank you Namco !!

GBJunk furniture Purchased 4 different tables and 20 chairs from the enfield store, 2 days later it rained and the rust coming from from the furniture stained the new stamped concrete deck. I visited the store and spoke with Afrika she said to send in pictures to her email which I did, went down there after no contact back. Was given the number for customer service and called them, I spoke with Lynn who wasn't very helpfull other than to say call the manufacturer. So namco isn't standing behind what they sell that was only 3 days old.... terrible...
