GBJunk furniture Purchased 4 different tables and 20 chairs from the enfield store, 2 days later it rained and the rust coming from from the furniture stained the new stamped concrete deck. I visited the store and spoke with Afrika she said to send in pictures to her email which I did, went down there after no contact back. Was given the number for customer service and called them, I spoke with Lynn who wasn't very helpfull other than to say call the manufacturer. So namco isn't standing behind what they sell that was only 3 days old.... terrible...

GBNamco Excellent service! I just went to Namco on route 1 in peabody. This store has Excellent customer service from the very beginning. I went to Namco and needed to have my pool water tested & needed some parts for our pool & Henry explained in detail all about our water, helped me find my pool parts and all with a smile on his face. He was happy to help me & he’s extremely knowledgeable about pool supplies & pools, very bright young man. If you need anything related to your pool go to Namco! Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into that store!

GBI unfortunately had to return a pool… I unfortunately had to return a pool cover that would not fit due to our pool deck configuration. I returned the cover to our local Namco pool retailer who did not have that cover stocked on location. They were very helpful and accepted my return immediately as the package was not even opened. I wish I knew their names to give them Kudos. This was the retailer store located on Central Ave. in Albany New York.

GBGREAT EXPERIENCE! Pool pump quit on a Saturday morning. Brick and mortar stores didn’t have any in stock - nor at this price. Ordered Saturday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning! Great experience from start to finish!

GBPool company arrived to install pool Pool company arrived to install pool. Hayward pump/ Waterway filter..not compatible. I had to drive to Namco..on a Sunday..at 2:30 while having an appointment at 5 ..Shelton to Orange..very stressful. I received NO credit for the inconvenience or for the fact that I ordered a Hayward filter which I know is more expensive/better quality than the Waterway.This is the second pool I have purchased from Namco..very disappointed with lack of regard for my inconvenience/ wrong order.
