This winter cover looks amazing This winter cover looks amazing. I like the engineering/common sense that has gone into it. I was surprised that the shipping was as high as it is. Most places offer free shipping now days for bigger, more expensive items and this cover is already quit a bit more cash than your competitors.

12/23/22 - Disgraceful - Southington Location. 12/23/22: I will be reaching out to your corporate office about absolutely disgusting and uncalled for service we received from your Southington location. We did not pay $9000 to be treated like garbage by your store manager. We purchased all the recommended coverages only to be told to go outside and fix it ourselves. This isn't over.

Can’t say enough good things about… Can’t say enough good things about Karen and the team in customer service. She has gone over the top to get me a replacement part for our pool. And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!! Thank you Karen and the whole team for making our oasis a happy place again, we’re very grateful. Pool company arrived to install pool Pool company arrived to install pool. Hayward pump/ Waterway filter..not compatible. I had to drive to Namco..on a Sunday..at 2:30 while having an appointment at 5 ..Shelton to Orange..very stressful. I received NO credit for the inconvenience or for the fact that I ordered a Hayward filter which I know is more expensive/better quality than the Waterway.This is the second pool I have purchased from Namco..very disappointed with lack of regard for my inconvenience/ wrong order.

I have always bought my pools and pool… I have always bought my pools and pool supplies from Namco. Especially with the pool packages, it includes EVERYTHING you need to get a pool installed in full working order and nothing has ever been missing from the delivered packages. Getting my second pool from them in a couple weeks and will install it immediately with no worries about craftsmanship.
