USPoor Corporate Customer service and relations! We are experiencing an issue with the liner (seam separation), the local store we purchased the pool from has been great and helpful. In speaking to Lynn from corporate customer service, who was rude, condescending, and un-appathetic. I am very disheartened with our experience and based on our experience with corporate customer service Lynn will likely refer friends and family to other local pool companies as I would never want another person to ever have an experience like this. The only reason I gave it a one star is because of the local store (Swansea, MA) manager's and staff's willingness to go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation and make us whole.

USNo hassle return At the end of last year's season, I purchased a pool with all the trimmings. This year, as I'm getting everything set up, I discovered there were a lot of town rules about how & where I could position my new gas heater for the pool. It was going to be such a bother that I decided to see if I could just return in & live with a solar cover. Michelle & Destiny in Poughkeepsie couldn't have been more helpful! They were able to accept the return (minus a restocking fee). This was a huge relief & much appreciated. They were great last year when I purchased everything & continue their undeniable customer satisfaction policy.

USJunk furniture Purchased 4 different tables and 20 chairs from the enfield store, 2 days later it rained and the rust coming from from the furniture stained the new stamped concrete deck. I visited the store and spoke with Afrika she said to send in pictures to her email which I did, went down there after no contact back. Was given the number for customer service and called them, I spoke with Lynn who wasn't very helpfull other than to say call the manufacturer. So namco isn't standing behind what they sell that was only 3 days old.... terrible...

USProfessional and Accommodating The price for the pool heater was the lowest I could find. The on-line ordering procedure was straight forward and convenient. I inquired about an expedited delivery, and I was answered immediately. I was told 7-10 days, but they would try to speed up the delivery. About one hour after I placed my order on-line, Namco called to inform me that I would receive the heater the next day (less than 24 hours). The heater was actually delivered the following morning. The delivery personnel were polite and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with at Namco were professional, friendly and accommodating.

USCan’t say enough good things about… Can’t say enough good things about Karen and the team in customer service. She has gone over the top to get me a replacement part for our pool. And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!! Thank you Karen and the whole team for making our oasis a happy place again, we’re very grateful.
