I unfortunately had to return a pool… I unfortunately had to return a pool cover that would not fit due to our pool deck configuration. I returned the cover to our local Namco pool retailer who did not have that cover stocked on location. They were very helpful and accepted my return immediately as the package was not even opened. I wish I knew their names to give them Kudos. This was the retailer store located on Central Ave. in Albany New York.

I went to the Namco store in Poughkeepsie I went to the Namco store in Poughkeepsie to look at patio chairs. The two women working were very helpful. I decided on chairs but they explained the chairs wouldn't be delivered by the store for free but that if I ordered them online they would be delivered. I asked if they would help me place the web order while I was at the store and they did which I really appreciated; especially since it wasn't a sale for their store.

No hassle return At the end of last year's season, I purchased a pool with all the trimmings. This year, as I'm getting everything set up, I discovered there were a lot of town rules about how & where I could position my new gas heater for the pool. It was going to be such a bother that I decided to see if I could just return in & live with a solar cover. Michelle & Destiny in Poughkeepsie couldn't have been more helpful! They were able to accept the return (minus a restocking fee). This was a huge relief & much appreciated. They were great last year when I purchased everything & continue their undeniable customer satisfaction policy.

This winter cover looks amazing This winter cover looks amazing. I like the engineering/common sense that has gone into it. I was surprised that the shipping was as high as it is. Most places offer free shipping now days for bigger, more expensive items and this cover is already quit a bit more cash than your competitors.

Aileen went above and beyond to help us. Aileen truly is a class act that absolutely understands customer service. Aileen is an incredible communicator, she does what she says she is going to do and she has been a pleasure to deal with. We are currently dealing with another snag on our pool and she has stepped right up to help us, we are grateful for her. Namco you are lucky to have an employee like her, she is one of the only ones from your company that has been reliable and consistent for us. Five stars for her ALL DAY LONG!!
