I purchased the more expensive shelter… I purchased the more expensive shelter with a 10 yr warranty and 5 yrs later a hail storm put holes in my cover. And then to find out the warranty is prorated. No where did it say that on my warranty would of never bought the product. Not worth buying better off to buy steel panels. Would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.

So happy we reached out to Tommy Bahama… So happy we reached out to Tommy Bahama about our 2 broken beach chairs. We hadn't realized Shelter Logic now owns Tommy. However, Tommy Bahama put us on to Christina a manager at Shelter Logic. Who was gracious, patient and thoughtful in finding a quality replacement. Sent it out to us with no issue. My husband is very happy with his new chair. Thank you Christina

Great Customer Service We were missing a part for a metal shed and could not go forward with the build. I immediately contacted ShelterLogic through their online missing parts page and received a quick response. Our Customer Service Rep. Laura Miller indicated that it would be shipped right away from the factory. UPS delivered it four days later!
