GBGreat Customer Service I worked with Martine Gallant who resolved all my issues regarding a mis-shipped shelter top. Although the mistake was a third party vendor, she got with her boss and found a resolution. She got a new one out in the mail to me immediately. Outstanding customer service. I most strongly recommend asking for her if you have a problem. Could not ask for better service.

GBCustomer service During the parts inventory three parts were identified as missing. This was disappointing I must admit. The great part was the customer service I received in reporting this discrepency. Per instruction I requested how to obtain these parts. Laura M responded with the information she needed. Being impatient I requested status along the way. Each time she was prompt in her replies, courteous and seemed to genuinely want to help. Today I received my missing parts as promised.

CAI have been trying to get new screens I have been trying to get new screens (part # P-MGEN14-B18) for my gazebo since March. The company dragged me along making me think they were going to get some in, but the date kept moving. Then after leaving a review on FB they asked for information and then proceeded to ignore me and not respond. Edit: Thanks for the response, interesting that I can get a response on a public ratings site, but Shelterlogic won't respond to my emails. I guess it's only important if it is publicly embarrassing to them.

GBLooks good but not durable! I purchased the 10 x 10 shed in a box in February of 2022. Due to cold weather I didn't get it erected until late March of 2022. Shed looked fine and held up great in the late snow and the wind. By mid winter of 2022 one panel on the roof became worn and thin letting rain come through onto my side by side. I contacted Shelter Logic and filed a warranty claim as instructed. A replacement was sent in February of 2023 and I removed the old cover and replaced it with the new one. By December of 2023, again, one panel on the roof was worn and thin just like the original and this time a tear was noticed on one corner. I contacted Shelter Logic again and was told that I could buy a replacement cover but that the warranty was only good for one replacement. Sorry, but I can't spend money for a replacement cover every year so I'll try to find a better product that will hold up as advertised. Update: It's a shame that the original order didn't state that this was a lighter grade material. And, again, why is it the same panel that wears each time. Nine to ten months is not very long for the price paid. If you intend to purchase this product do a little investigating on the product and durability.

GBExemptional Service First, my call was answered by Lisa almost immediately which is very unusual on most calls to vendors. Lisa was extremely was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Then I emailed her two photos of the storm damaged parts on the 30 year old Arrow building. Second, Lisa responded with the parts required with prices and shipping within an hour or so, again must faster then normally expected. It was very easy to provide a 5 STAR rating to her and your company. Thanks again.
