We rec'd two extra parts we did not need We had a rather unique challenge during construction of my sister-in-laws 10x20 CPHC0015 unit. We called customer service a couple times on the morning of April 26th to look for guidance. The second call was taken by Greg Mellette, who patiently listened to me explain the issue, and over time (maybe a 20 minute call) suggested that we had used the only 2 vertical extensions that came in our boxes incorrectly. Viola!! I want to commend Greg for his patience and understanding during our phone call. CSR's like him are not the norm. Someone should buy him a pizza for lunch!!

However, Tommy Bahama put us on to Christina a manager at Shelter Logic. Who was gracious, patient and thoughtful in finding a quality replacement. Sent it out to us with no issue. Replace canopy for a 10x20 structure I went both ways since I started after hours. I went with the email option with a 24 hour response and Lynn McCann answered the next day. I also did the Live Chat during normal hours and got Arelis. They both knew what I needed (replace canopy for a 10x20 structure) and I ordered with no issues. I purchased the more expensive shelter… I purchased the more expensive shelter with a 10 yr warranty and 5 yrs later a hail storm put holes in my cover. And then to find out the warranty is prorated. No where did it say that on my warranty would of never bought the product. Not worth buying better off to buy steel panels. Would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.

Excellent service & great product We have been buying Shelter Logic round shelters in different sizes since 1988 and have been totally pleased with every purchase.
