Great Customer Service I worked with Martine Gallant who resolved all my issues regarding a mis-shipped shelter top. Although the mistake was a third party vendor, she got with her boss and found a resolution. She got a new one out in the mail to me immediately. Outstanding customer service. I most strongly recommend asking for her if you have a problem. Could not ask for better service.

Excellent service & great product We have been buying Shelter Logic round shelters in different sizes since 1988 and have been totally pleased with every purchase. The shelters hold up well and give good protection to vehicles and yard work vehicles and supplies. Thank you to Bill, who has been a very helpful associate this last purchase.

Exemptional Service First, my call was answered by Lisa almost immediately which is very unusual on most calls to vendors. Lisa was extremely was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Then I emailed her two photos of the storm damaged parts on the 30 year old Arrow building. Second, Lisa responded with the parts required with prices and shipping within an hour or so, again must faster then normally expected. It was very easy to provide a 5 STAR rating to her and your company. Thanks again.

Great customer service. Upon discovering a problem with my… Upon discovering a problem with my Shelter Logic product, I spoke with Martine, a C.S.R. She allowed me to e,mail her with all photos and documentation which she forwarded to the warranty department. Within four days I had a reply and was notified that a replacement part was being shipped. If all C.S.R's were as caring and helpful as Martine, consumer confidence would be at an all time high! Great Customer Service! I called Shelter Logic today regarding a warranty claim for a "Barn" that I had purchased several years ago. I was unable to find my original documentation, so did not hold high hopes for help. I was fortunate enough to talk with Lee Ann Stone, and she was wonderful! She was able to find the original purchase order/receipt, which she promptly emailed to me. She then walked me through how to submit a warranty claim in a calm and relaxed manner with a very cheerful attitude. Many thanks to Lee Ann!
