Excellent company/product We purchased the 13 x 20 x 12 shelter logic garage. Some issues arose with the construction of the unit. I called the company and received prompt service from their representative to rectify the issue. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend this product to anyone and would certainly purchase their product again if need be.

Great Customer Service I worked with Martine Gallant who resolved all my issues regarding a mis-shipped shelter top. Although the mistake was a third party vendor, she got with her boss and found a resolution. She got a new one out in the mail to me immediately. Outstanding customer service. I most strongly recommend asking for her if you have a problem. Could not ask for better service.

Great Customer Service! I called Shelter Logic today regarding a warranty claim for a "Barn" that I had purchased several years ago. I was unable to find my original documentation, so did not hold high hopes for help. I was fortunate enough to talk with Lee Ann Stone, and she was wonderful! She was able to find the original purchase order/receipt, which she promptly emailed to me. She then walked me through how to submit a warranty claim in a calm and relaxed manner with a very cheerful attitude. Many thanks to Lee Ann!

So happy we reached out to Tommy Bahama… So happy we reached out to Tommy Bahama about our 2 broken beach chairs. We hadn't realized Shelter Logic now owns Tommy. However, Tommy Bahama put us on to Christina a manager at Shelter Logic. Who was gracious, patient and thoughtful in finding a quality replacement. Sent it out to us with no issue. I have been trying to get new screens I have been trying to get new screens (part # P-MGEN14-B18) for my gazebo since March. The company dragged me along making me think they were going to get some in, but the date kept moving. Then after leaving a review on FB they asked for information and then proceeded to ignore me and not respond. Edit: Thanks for the response, interesting that I can get a response on a public ratings site, but Shelterlogic won't respond to my emails. I guess it's only important if it is publicly embarrassing to them.
