CAI purchased the more expensive shelter… I purchased the more expensive shelter with a 10 yr warranty and 5 yrs later a hail storm put holes in my cover. And then to find out the warranty is prorated. No where did it say that on my warranty would of never bought the product. Not worth buying better off to buy steel panels. Would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.

USLooks good but not durable! I purchased the 10 x 10 shed in a box in February of 2022. Due to cold weather I didn't get it erected until late March of 2022. Shed looked fine and held up great in the late snow and the wind. By mid winter of 2022 one panel on the roof became worn and thin letting rain come through onto my side by side. I contacted Shelter Logic and filed a warranty claim as instructed. A replacement was sent in February of 2023 and I removed the old cover and replaced it with the new one. By December of 2023, again, one panel on the roof was worn and thin just like the original and this time a tear was noticed on one corner. I contacted Shelter Logic again and was told that I could buy a replacement cover but that the warranty was only good for one replacement. Sorry, but I can't spend money for a replacement cover every year so I'll try to find a better product that will hold up as advertised. Update: It's a shame that the original order didn't state that this was a lighter grade material. And, again, why is it the same panel that wears each time. Nine to ten months is not very long for the price paid. If you intend to purchase this product do a little investigating on the product and durability.

USMartine was great! Martine was great! We lost the drain plug cap on our 100qt cooler and although I thought it was a lost cause, I contacted customer service to see if any replacements were available. Martine to the rescue! I received replacement caps in two sizes in the mail today. I'm very pleased - Thank you Martine!
