Excellent company/product We purchased the 13 x 20 x 12 shelter logic garage. Some issues arose with the construction of the unit. I called the company and received prompt service from their representative to rectify the issue. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend this product to anyone and would certainly purchase their product again if need be.

Excellent service & great product We have been buying Shelter Logic round shelters in different sizes since 1988 and have been totally pleased with every purchase. The shelters hold up well and give good protection to vehicles and yard work vehicles and supplies. Thank you to Bill, who has been a very helpful associate this last purchase.

I purchased the more expensive shelter… I purchased the more expensive shelter with a 10 yr warranty and 5 yrs later a hail storm put holes in my cover. And then to find out the warranty is prorated. No where did it say that on my warranty would of never bought the product. Not worth buying better off to buy steel panels. Would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.

Great Customer Service I worked with Martine Gallant who resolved all my issues regarding a mis-shipped shelter top. Although the mistake was a third party vendor, she got with her boss and found a resolution. She got a new one out in the mail to me immediately. Outstanding customer service. I most strongly recommend asking for her if you have a problem. Could not ask for better service.

Replace canopy for a 10x20 structure I went both ways since I started after hours. I went with the email option with a 24 hour response and Lynn McCann answered the next day. I also did the Live Chat during normal hours and got Arelis. They both knew what I needed (replace canopy for a 10x20 structure) and I ordered with no issues.
