GBOrdered my Bataan Torro RTT on 18 Dec… Ordered my Bataan Torro RTT on 18 Dec 2020. After waiting patiently I called Torro and spoke directly to Cory Johnson, who told me my purchase would be shipped shortly after 20 Feb 2021 - it is now 5 May 2021 - Torro’s website has been down for weeks, their phone, both sales & customer service, have full voice-mailbox are/have been full and their e-mail is unresponsive. Check Torro’s street address - it's a USPS building. So has Torro abandoned their customers or just gone out of business and not told anyone. Clearly I can not recommend them.

GBI ordered my RTT from Torro Off road… I ordered my RTT from Torro Off road and It did take a while... covid issues, but I was very impressed with how Corey handled the delays and updates throughout the process. I did end receiving my RTT and it was very thing I hoped for and more. I would not hesitate to recommend this company again and really appreciate the communication through a very interesting time. Thanks again.

GBCovid messed up everything but was… Covid messed up everything but was patient and so was the Torro team. They communicated with me as best they could and delivered my tent about 5 months later. It didn’t have the keys but they expedited them to me within a week. I couldn’t express how grateful I am and I love the tent. Thanks Torro off-road and I’m still expecting my gift for the delays lol!

GBRTT arrived today and I am 100%… RTT arrived today and I am 100% satisfied with the qualty! All the extras that Corey J. added because of the wait time was a nice touch that shows his dedication to his customers. It is unfortunate that this company was started in the worst possible time due to the pandemic and having to be shipped from China causing massive delays. There was also some stateside shipping issues that Corey was honest and open about with his customers and he provided regular updates via e-mail and video. Corey and his team always responded to questions or concerns in a prompt manner and maintained transparency. I wish you and your company Great success in the future and may GOD Bless you and your family!

GBNever Again Product is good. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I would never buy anything from this business again.
