GBLove this tent We bought our Bantam last November. Have only had it out a limited number of times, with winter, but so far, love it. Solid quality. Excellent customer service. Only two areas needed improvements. The locking mechanism to close tent and the mattress. The foam mattress is fairly firm, as most rooftop tents are, so we purchased an additional self inflating pad. But otherwise, absolutely everything has been perfect. The product, for the price, was great. Especially with the additional insulation and awning and built in led lights.

GBDO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH TORRO OFFROAD After reading reviews on here, I feel fortunate I received my tent. I did not receive my 500w electric generator or solar panel. Like others on here, I get no response from emailing the company. I also cannot reach the company by phone and their voicemail is full. I disputed the charge for the products not delivered with my credit card company. If I had to guess, based on my experience with their lack of communication and now their website going offline, Torro went out of business. Even when their site was online and they were replying to my emails, they were very poor at providing updates during the very long production time. Do not order from them, even if they do come back online. The tent is awesome and very high quality. It's too bad that's the only thing they do well.

GBI was lucky but most others haven't been. Their partnership with having a 0% interest for 6mths was actually not accurate. Have a credit score of over 800 and was told my rate would be over 15%. Corey had no resolution and stopped correspondence. Decided to give then a chance and bought the tent. It was during Covid so everything was delayed. Many people experienced a 6mth+ wait. We were pleasantly surprised when ours randomly showed up after only a month, probably due to someone else's cancelation. Like others, there were no keys. Little return comms but we eventually got a set. The tent is great. We were fortunate to not have a damaged unit. If they can get their customer service and warranty figured out, they stand a decent chance.

GBOrdered my tent in January 2021 Ordered my tent in January 2021, after waiting 8 weeks emailed and received a response telling me I should receive a email with my tracking information soon. After waiting another month tried to contact the company without any response. I sent a registered letter canceling the order and requesting a refund. I received a email from Corey Johnson stating they had problems with their website provider and did not have access to the customer data. After the website came back up I have not been able to get back I touch with Mr. Johnson. I just want my money back and move on but will probably have to file a law suit. Wanted to support a up and coming small business but got took instead.

GBCustomer service = 0/10, Tent = 10/10 Your tents are awesome. Great quality. Exactly what’s advertised. Your customer service is non-existent. You never replied to my emails regarding my solar generator and solar panel that were never delivered (I emailed you once a day for over two weeks with zero courtesy response). Nobody answers your phone and your voicemail is full. I had to file a charge dispute with my credit card company to get my money back for those items. Several people that have seen my tent think it’s awesome. I’d love to tell them to buy one. However, I tell them to never buy from you because they may never get their products shipped and won’t be able to contact you.
