Customer service = 0/10, Tent = 10/10 Your tents are awesome. Great quality. Exactly what’s advertised. Your customer service is non-existent. You never replied to my emails regarding my solar generator and solar panel that were never delivered (I emailed you once a day for over two weeks with zero courtesy response). Nobody answers your phone and your voicemail is full. I had to file a charge dispute with my credit card company to get my money back for those items. Several people that have seen my tent think it’s awesome. I’d love to tell them to buy one. However, I tell them to never buy from you because they may never get their products shipped and won’t be able to contact you.

Just don’t buy saving money and stay in good health. Buy somewhere else!!! 6 months Of waiting. Arrived damaged and with no keys. Terrible contact. No support. The shell got wave already and lost the shape. No support. No warranty in fact!!! Corey and his thief crew are silent!!! $4000.00 in garbage. They public fake reviews on instagram, FB and i other websites using pics without permission of the owners. We have support group on FB for all of the customers who have problem and they get caught with TORRO and left with they problems themselves. You can see how many of us!!! I ordered my RTT from Torro Off road… I ordered my RTT from Torro Off road and It did take a while... covid issues, but I was very impressed with how Corey handled the delays and updates throughout the process. I did end receiving my RTT and it was very thing I hoped for and more. I would not hesitate to recommend this company again and really appreciate the communication through a very interesting time. Thanks again.

Quality made tent Quality made tent! Very versatile with the insulation kit as far as comfortable temperature range (warm in the winter) and seems very breathable for warmer weather. Customer service is great with quick responses and answers for questions asked. Only drawback I have had is the limited space for space for gear though I can fit my large 2 person sleeping bag and an extra blanket inside with it still completely closing.
