All the extras that Corey J. added because of the wait time was a nice touch that shows his dedication to his customers. It is unfortunate that this company was started in the worst possible time due to the pandemic and having to be shipped from China causing massive delays. There was also some stateside shipping issues that Corey was honest and open about with his customers and he provided regular updates via e-mail and video. Corey and his team always responded to questions or concerns in a prompt manner and maintained transparency. Came thru during difficult times Covid created quite the challenge for many small business owners. Torro Offroad managed to survive the challenge and deliver a quality rooftop tent at an affordable price. Granted there were issues with shipping delays but these tents arrive so well packaged that it makes up for the delays. Tent arrived in perfect shape and included additional items at no additional cost. Mounting is not very challenging and the directions are straight forward and useful. It is a well constructed tent at a very competitive price. Thanks for making it happen.

Amazing product that is built to last… Amazing product that is built to last with only a few teaks to their craftsmanship or quality control that would put this over the top to 5 stars. I don’t know if it’s a small company who are overwhelmed with emails, but sometimes it takes a little bit for them to get back. Service after the sale is very important to me and so far it seems like they’re trying, but just swamped. A couple things didn’t line up correctly with the insulation panels, the controller for the lights failed after a few uses, and the mounting bolts seem to be strong enough but a couple have bent while off road and had them snap off while dismounting with the provided wrench while stowing for the winter. All of these things are being addressed by the company and I’m glad they stand by their product.

Ordered my tent in January 2021 Ordered my tent in January 2021, after waiting 8 weeks emailed and received a response telling me I should receive a email with my tracking information soon. After waiting another month tried to contact the company without any response. I sent a registered letter canceling the order and requesting a refund. I received a email from Corey Johnson stating they had problems with their website provider and did not have access to the customer data. After the website came back up I have not been able to get back I touch with Mr. Johnson. I just want my money back and move on but will probably have to file a law suit. Wanted to support a up and coming small business but got took instead.

Covid messed up everything but was… Covid messed up everything but was patient and so was the Torro team. They communicated with me as best they could and delivered my tent about 5 months later. It didn’t have the keys but they expedited them to me within a week. I couldn’t express how grateful I am and I love the tent. Thanks Torro off-road and I’m still expecting my gift for the delays lol!
