RTT arrived today and I am 100%… RTT arrived today and I am 100% satisfied with the qualty! All the extras that Corey J. added because of the wait time was a nice touch that shows his dedication to his customers. It is unfortunate that this company was started in the worst possible time due to the pandemic and having to be shipped from China causing massive delays. There was also some stateside shipping issues that Corey was honest and open about with his customers and he provided regular updates via e-mail and video. Corey and his team always responded to questions or concerns in a prompt manner and maintained transparency. Not one thing didn’t break Not one thing didn’t break. Most importantly the latches that hold it closed. They repeatedly failed. Keys broke. Shocks that push it up failed. Trim fell off. Switch didn’t work for lights. Top warped and sunk traveling through Moab.

Ordered my Bataan Torro RTT on 18 Dec… Ordered my Bataan Torro RTT on 18 Dec 2020. After waiting patiently I called Torro and spoke directly to Cory Johnson, who told me my purchase would be shipped shortly after 20 Feb 2021 - it is now 5 May 2021 - Torro’s website has been down for weeks, their phone, both sales & customer service, have full voice-mailbox are/have been full and their e-mail is unresponsive. Check Torro’s street address - it's a USPS building. So has Torro abandoned their customers or just gone out of business and not told anyone. Clearly I can not recommend them.

Unfortunately Toro over promised and… Unfortunately Toro over promised and under delivered. They had every opportunity to inform people that the 8 to 12 week window was not going to happen. They didn't. Also my RTT arrived a bit damaged just like everyone else's. Not worth the hassle to try and have them fix it though. On top of this they forgot to send instructions and more importantly keys to open the RTT. Sadly this was a company I was excited to do business with that unfortunately failed to deliver.

Quality made tent Quality made tent! Very versatile with the insulation kit as far as comfortable temperature range (warm in the winter) and seems very breathable for warmer weather. Customer service is great with quick responses and answers for questions asked. Only drawback I have had is the limited space for space for gear though I can fit my large 2 person sleeping bag and an extra blanket inside with it still completely closing.
