GBWrong / incomplete order. Avoid?? I received my order today. I had paid for stretched canvas, while I got rolled. I had paid for 10 additional brushes, which I never received. I have sent an email to them. If they correct my order, I will change my rating. But as of now I am very disappointed!!

GBWonderful memory of the dog I ordered a canvas from a picture of our dog that passed away. The dog was very dear to our daughter, and this was a truly wonderful memory of him. My daughter also liked painting, so we are now waiting for the second package. The 50x70cm painting was a suitable size for one project

I initially chose a picture that wouldn't have turned out well, and I was contacted with a recommendation (and advice) to choose a new picture. My product was delivered promptly, and when it arrived, I was amazed at the quality! This was a Christmas gift, and I am excited to see how it looks when it is finished!

GB100% satisfaction guarantee not honored When I ordered, there was a drop-down that said “frame”. They did not mean frame but meant stretcher with a mounted canvas. Because of how it was labeled, I did not order a “frame” but assumed it was on a stretcher. I called their customer service and asked how to remedy it, and they said that they could not. I then asked what their stated “100% satisfaction guaranteed” meant and they replied it was only for the painting itself. Some guarantee. I would be wary of this company.
