Despite being on the other side of the world, I never had to wait long for a response. The order arrived at my doorstep within a week, packed securely and in excellent condition. I'm currently about halfway through working on one of them, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the process. The quality of the paints and brushes is impressive. Great service We ordered a canvas made from our own photo. It wasn't quite what we were expecting. However, after some communication, they explained the matter, and I understood why the painting didn't look like what we were expecting. Even though the mistake was kind of on our part, they offered to make a new product from a different picture for us for free. The instructions for choosing a picture could be better. But the way they handled a negative issue left us feeling good about the purchase and the service.
