Great service We ordered a canvas made from our own photo. It wasn't quite what we were expecting. However, after some communication, they explained the matter, and I understood why the painting didn't look like what we were expecting. Even though the mistake was kind of on our part, they offered to make a new product from a different picture for us for free. The instructions for choosing a picture could be better. But the way they handled a negative issue left us feeling good about the purchase and the service.

The only aspect I don't utilize is the brushes due to bristle fallout and detachment. I've ordered the mini brush set from you and am excited to use them today. The canvas frame is also excellent. I've tried kits from other paint-by-numbers companies, but they don't measure up to yours. Your frame is robust, secure and securely hlds the canvas in place. They managed to respond to my email within a few hours, duly correcting the dispatch details. The gift is currently en route to its rightful location!

All is well in the end As can be read here, there have been delays with the delivery. We were told that the delivery time from the order would be on average 15 days and we were already a bit worried whether the package would arrive in time for the birthday. I understand the long delivery time since the product is made individually from a photo sent by the customer. The package arrived well packed at the doorstep 15 days after the order, just on the recipient's birthday 😄 The delivery time is long, but it is clearly stated on the website and there are no problems as long as your order in time. The package was very well packed, so that 's a plus. We'll see what the final result looks like. I might order a new one for Mother's day if t he outcome looks good.
