I initially chose a picture that wouldn't have turned out well, and I was contacted with a recommendation (and advice) to choose a new picture. My product was delivered promptly, and when it arrived, I was amazed at the quality! This was a Christmas gift, and I am excited to see how it looks when it is finished!

I recommend A 63 year old grandma lost in the world of online shopping has not received as good customer service anywhere as from the owner of Paint by canvas. He guided me by the hand in choosing the right picture and ordering turned out to be easy after all. The quality is good and I finished painting the first one in two days. I just couldn't stop. I will definitely order again in the future. If you are unsure about choosing a picture, it's worth asking by email, they will indeed advise you.

Trust me, avoid them!!!! I give one star because I cannot give zero. I ordered at the end of January and the page said I would’ve received it by the 19th of February (I wanted to give it as Valentines present and wouldn’t mind few days late). Is the 29th of February now and I did not receive any parcel at all! God knows where my parcel is. I’ve raised a complaint and all I received was “sorry for the delay”. Is such a joke. Don’t waste your money!! I’ve also asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Avoid please!!!!!!!!!

Very late delivery Bought 4th December with a delivery date way before Christmas. No real apology, offer of a refund etc that this didn’t arrive for Christmas as promised (it was a present for my sister.) Finally delivered 29th Dec. Box was damaged and doesn’t actually seem to fit the canvas, paints and everything in properly. The product looks good, it’s just such a shame that the delivery was so late and the appearance was not good enough for a gift.

All is well in the end As can be read here, there have been delays with the delivery. We were told that the delivery time from the order would be on average 15 days and we were already a bit worried whether the package would arrive in time for the birthday. I understand the long delivery time since the product is made individually from a photo sent by the customer. The package arrived well packed at the doorstep 15 days after the order, just on the recipient's birthday 😄 The delivery time is long, but it is clearly stated on the website and there are no problems as long as your order in time. The package was very well packed, so that 's a plus. We'll see what the final result looks like. I might order a new one for Mother's day if t he outcome looks good.
