GB100% satisfaction guarantee not honored When I ordered, there was a drop-down that said “frame”. They did not mean frame but meant stretcher with a mounted canvas. Because of how it was labeled, I did not order a “frame” but assumed it was on a stretcher. I called their customer service and asked how to remedy it, and they said that they could not. I then asked what their stated “100% satisfaction guaranteed” meant and they replied it was only for the painting itself. Some guarantee. I would be wary of this company.

GBTrust me, avoid them!!!! I give one star because I cannot give zero. I ordered at the end of January and the page said I would’ve received it by the 19th of February (I wanted to give it as Valentines present and wouldn’t mind few days late). Is the 29th of February now and I did not receive any parcel at all! God knows where my parcel is. I’ve raised a complaint and all I received was “sorry for the delay”. Is such a joke. Don’t waste your money!! I’ve also asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Avoid please!!!!!!!!!

GBI encountered a glitch while making the… I encountered a glitch while making the purchase, prompting me to send an email to them a mere two minutes after finalising the order to adress the mishap. They managed to respond to my email within a few hours, duly correcting the dispatch details. The gift is currently en route to its rightful location!
