However, after some communication, they explained the matter, and I understood why the painting didn't look like what we were expecting. Even though the mistake was kind of on our part, they offered to make a new product from a different picture for us for free. The instructions for choosing a picture could be better. But the way they handled a negative issue left us feeling good about the purchase and the service.

Wrong / incomplete order. Avoid?? I received my order today. I had paid for stretched canvas, while I got rolled. I had paid for 10 additional brushes, which I never received. I have sent an email to them. If they correct my order, I will change my rating. But as of now I am very disappointed!!
