Highly recommend for everyone I reached out to paint by canvas because I was interested in a custom print, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my requests - with quick replies, too. Despite being on the other side of the world, I never had to wait long for a response. The order arrived at my doorstep within a week, packed securely and in excellent condition. I'm currently about halfway through working on one of them, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the process. The quality of the paints and brushes is impressive. Once I complete these, I will definitely be making another purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend paint by canvas to everyone!

Fantastic canvas, exceptional frames Amazing! Your delivery speed is impressive. The paint-by-numbers kit is flawless from the template and paints to the picture of the finished painting, I absolutely love it. The only aspect I don't utilize is the brushes due to bristle fallout and detachment. I've ordered the mini brush set from you and am excited to use them today. The canvas frame is also excellent. I've tried kits from other paint-by-numbers companies, but they don't measure up to yours. Your frame is robust, secure and securely hlds the canvas in place. Your company is the one I would recommend to anyone seeking advice. I eagerly anticipate engaging in future painting projects.

Wrong / incomplete order. Avoid?? I received my order today. I had paid for stretched canvas, while I got rolled. I had paid for 10 additional brushes, which I never received. I have sent an email to them. If they correct my order, I will change my rating. But as of now I am very disappointed!!

All okay I ordered a custom paint by number set from a wedding photo. After placing the order, there was no word for 10 days. It eventually turned out that I hadn't added my email address to the order details, so the shipping information couldn't be sent. I wonder why it couldn't be sent to the phone number I provided? Well, the package finally arrived 12 days after ordering, and the end result is admittedly gorgeous. If you want to improve your operations, consider implementing phone notifications, not everyone has email, or it isn't checked often.

Very late delivery Bought 4th December with a delivery date way before Christmas. No real apology, offer of a refund etc that this didn’t arrive for Christmas as promised (it was a present for my sister.) Finally delivered 29th Dec. Box was damaged and doesn’t actually seem to fit the canvas, paints and everything in properly. The product looks good, it’s just such a shame that the delivery was so late and the appearance was not good enough for a gift.
