Still waiting since May I ordered on May 24th 2023 (#20410). I didn’t receive the package, last time it also took a long time because of covid so I remained patient. I sent an email in September and October requesting updates, never received a reply. So far never received my painting or any updates.

Customer service is non existent Customer service is non existent. I recieved my custom PBN, it was so hideous I couldn't finish it. Faces were orange, background colors were nothing like original, and as referred to...no customer service, no email. SCAM...

Tried to cancel the order Tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it when I realized it would take 3 weeks to receive it. More like a month. They would not do it. Of course, they charged my VISA immediately. It did eventually ship by air, not slow boat from China, so there was no reason it could not have been canceled at that time. Terrible customer service. Crummy looking product.

SCAM SCAM. I ordered may 2nd, received an email May 4th saying it was on the way and theyd send me a shipping number soon, and they havent. I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order, they sent me a packing label and told me it should be here by August 10th. Unacceptable. Im very sure ill never see the paintings. Save yourself the money and never buy from them

The thought of getting home, warming a cup of coffee and painting while listening to some music just always made my day better!
