GBI made an order in June for a birthday… I made an order in June for a birthday present. My order hasn’t been sent, I’m unable to track it by the system, and the company has not been responding to any of my Instagram messages/emails. It’s getting very frustrating and feels like I’ve been cheated of my money. Really hope it either gets sent or I get a refund. This has been a very horrible experience for me.

GBStill waiting since May I ordered on May 24th 2023 (#20410). I didn’t receive the package, last time it also took a long time because of covid so I remained patient. I sent an email in September and October requesting updates, never received a reply. So far never received my painting or any updates.

PTGood experience, legit and safe Overall good experience. Legit and safe. The website is easy enough to search, and the purchase itself is straitforward. The time to deliver is a bit longer than what I was expecting, but even on Christmas time, I got my painting on acceptable time. And, when I had trouble on tracking my order, I contacted the customer service and they answered promptly, being kind and helpful.

AUAmazing and sweet customer service team When I first ordered, there were some delays due to COVID restrictions and worker shortages.
