GBStill waiting since May I ordered on May 24th 2023 (#20410). I didn’t receive the package, last time it also took a long time because of covid so I remained patient. I sent an email in September and October requesting updates, never received a reply. So far never received my painting or any updates.

GBBest Customer Service Came across their website during the pandemic but was skeptical. I finally started one painting at a time and now doing custom ones. I had a problem with mailing for 3 custom orders in August 2022 & they made it a point to replaced them. I am so happy with this company. The best customer service and custom painting you can find. I have few custom requests & they fulfill them remarkably. I will be one of your company's loyal customers. Thank you.

GBAlexandra should be fired. Alexandra is literally the most USELESS, CRAPPY customer service representative ever. I hate the woman. I ordered 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived, she won't reply to my emails and she won't even give me a refund. Wish the woman get fired. I have asked my bank to do a chargeback, even though the paintbynumbers website says that if your product doesn't arrive in 4 weeks, you should get a refund.

GBTried to cancel the order Tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it when I realized it would take 3 weeks to receive it. More like a month. They would not do it. Of course, they charged my VISA immediately. It did eventually ship by air, not slow boat from China, so there was no reason it could not have been canceled at that time. Terrible customer service. Crummy looking product.

AUAmazing and sweet customer service team When I first ordered, there were some delays due to COVID restrictions and worker shortages.
