Alexandra should be fired. Alexandra is literally the most USELESS, CRAPPY customer service representative ever. I hate the woman. I ordered 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived, she won't reply to my emails and she won't even give me a refund. Wish the woman get fired. I have asked my bank to do a chargeback, even though the paintbynumbers website says that if your product doesn't arrive in 4 weeks, you should get a refund.

Love it! I ordered 4 paint kits, each of them a custom job as they were based on my own photographs from travels. I've completed two so far and love it. My only suggestion to others wanting custom kits is to pick photographs that lend themselves to a more abstract look as fine detail is hard to achieve with this style of painting.

Do not order from this company! I made an order early May 2020 for my wife's birthday and still have not received the product. Initially, the customer service rep, Alexandra, told me it would take until August to receive the product due to Covid, fine I thought, but August comes and no product. A few emails back and forth where she said they we deliver another, but and still no product, she no longer replies to my emails, no refund either. Do not order from this company.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Order did take over 2 months and tracking info was not up to date, but every inquiry was answered promptly and in great detail. Product was high quality and would order again when pandemic subsides.

SCAM SCAM. I ordered may 2nd, received an email May 4th saying it was on the way and theyd send me a shipping number soon, and they havent. I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order, they sent me a packing label and told me it should be here by August 10th. Unacceptable. Im very sure ill never see the paintings. Save yourself the money and never buy from them
