Best Customer Service Came across their website during the pandemic but was skeptical. I finally started one painting at a time and now doing custom ones. I had a problem with mailing for 3 custom orders in August 2022 & they made it a point to replaced them. I am so happy with this company. The best customer service and custom painting you can find. I have few custom requests & they fulfill them remarkably. I will be one of your company's loyal customers. Thank you.

6 month wait for the paint canvases to arrive I ordered 2 canvases from Paint By Numbers. The tracking number was sent immediately and as it was being shipped from China, I knew it would take awhile to arrive. Contacted Paint By Numbers 2 months later to ask if I would receive them soon, Alexandra explains I would receive them shortly. Not recieved for another month, emailed again requesting a refund. Was told second set of canvases would be posted out urgently, no mention of a refund. Finally got an email from Alexandra 6 months after first purchasing the canvases saying they were at the post office and ready to collect. Now I have recieved the canvases they appear to be good quality canvases, not sure about the quality of the paints as I have not opened them yet. Very disappointed about the length of time i had to wait, as I was looking forward to painting the canvases several months ago!

Alexandra should be fired. Alexandra is literally the most USELESS, CRAPPY customer service representative ever. I hate the woman. I ordered 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived, she won't reply to my emails and she won't even give me a refund. Wish the woman get fired. I have asked my bank to do a chargeback, even though the paintbynumbers website says that if your product doesn't arrive in 4 weeks, you should get a refund.

Love it! I ordered 4 paint kits, each of them a custom job as they were based on my own photographs from travels. I've completed two so far and love it. My only suggestion to others wanting custom kits is to pick photographs that lend themselves to a more abstract look as fine detail is hard to achieve with this style of painting.

SCAM SCAM. I ordered may 2nd, received an email May 4th saying it was on the way and theyd send me a shipping number soon, and they havent. I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order, they sent me a packing label and told me it should be here by August 10th. Unacceptable. Im very sure ill never see the paintings. Save yourself the money and never buy from them
