Love it! I ordered 4 paint kits, each of them a custom job as they were based on my own photographs from travels. I've completed two so far and love it. My only suggestion to others wanting custom kits is to pick photographs that lend themselves to a more abstract look as fine detail is hard to achieve with this style of painting.

Alexandra should be fired. Alexandra is literally the most USELESS, CRAPPY customer service representative ever. I hate the woman. I ordered 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived, she won't reply to my emails and she won't even give me a refund. Wish the woman get fired. I have asked my bank to do a chargeback, even though the paintbynumbers website says that if your product doesn't arrive in 4 weeks, you should get a refund.

Just as I expected! I had ordered my painting set back in May and due to covid the whole world's shipping got thrown off course. Alexandra was very professional and helpful during this whole time. She was excellent in keeping in communication regarding the shipping progress of my kit. She even had the team send out another kit as the first one had issues and was held at Customs! Paint by Numbers was doing everything they can to ensure my kit was sent out to me. I finally received my kit and I am so excited! Both canvas and paints are great quality. I recommend buying their painting kits and would certainly purchase again in the future! Worth the wait!

SCAM SCAM. I ordered may 2nd, received an email May 4th saying it was on the way and theyd send me a shipping number soon, and they havent. I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order, they sent me a packing label and told me it should be here by August 10th. Unacceptable. Im very sure ill never see the paintings. Save yourself the money and never buy from them
