The Colour contrasts so vivid on canvas The choice is vast and subject matter good. The colours look great on canvas and would recommend at the price value for money. During Covid expect some delay in delivery but they kept us informed on progress in delivery.

Best Customer Service Came across their website during the pandemic but was skeptical. I finally started one painting at a time and now doing custom ones. I had a problem with mailing for 3 custom orders in August 2022 & they made it a point to replaced them. I am so happy with this company. The best customer service and custom painting you can find. Customer service is non existent Customer service is non existent. I recieved my custom PBN, it was so hideous I couldn't finish it. Faces were orange, background colors were nothing like original, and as referred to...no customer service, no email. SCAM...

I reached out to customer service after I couldn't track my package. I reached out to customer service after I had difficulty tracking my package. They were fantastic! They responded immediately, made sure I could track the package in its journey overseas, and even followed up with me to make sure it arrived. Very thoughtful, kind interactions with Anna in particular. The product itself has been nice to use thus far. I purchased a stretched canvas paint by number and the magnifying light - which has been a huge help in terms of enjoying the process. I will definitely buy from paintbynumbers.co again!
