Same misfortune as everyone else with Paintly products.... has been over a week and still no updates in shipping or ETA of both purchases of the Paintly paint by number framed canvas and the tracking service for Paintly.com is in a foreign language I am unable to read. Have emailed several times to Paintly.com with a contact name of "Olivia" in the address with no response, even had one come back as undeliverable from their website at Paintly.com

After a three-week wait and it appears… After a three-week wait and it appears the product came from China it did arrive and it was as website seller describes. Shipping is slow but transaction and products are satisfactory.

Painting no show I ordered on 11th jan and a month later order status still says unfulfilled have emailed numerous times and nothing. Paintly is very unreliable they take your money so they are thieves don’t buy from these I am very stressed I will buy elsewhere I would have liked to have ordered more as my first two painting from you were excellent so that is why I ordered another one I think I just got scammed

I ordered a paint by numbers as a… I ordered a paint by numbers as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive by Christmas as it was suppose to. When it finally arrived I was not so please to find they shipped me a shirt instead of the paint by number that I definitely ordered.
