Have emailed several times to Paintly.com with a contact name of "Olivia" in the address with no response, even had one come back as undeliverable from their website at Paintly.com

Although the delivery time quoted on the site is 16-18 days to the UK I did not expect it would not arrive at all. I contacted the seller and "Olivia" emailed back once to reassure it me she could help, I have not heard back since the first email.
