Please DO NOT think of ordering from… Please DO NOT think of ordering from the site, I ordered a Christmas present for my mother in mid November and it has not arrived. Although the delivery time quoted on the site is 16-18 days to the UK I did not expect it would not arrive at all. I contacted the seller and "Olivia" emailed back once to reassure it me she could help, I have not heard back since the first email.

I ordered a paint by numbers as a… I ordered a paint by numbers as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive by Christmas as it was suppose to. When it finally arrived I was not so please to find they shipped me a shirt instead of the paint by number that I definitely ordered.

Long Shipping times and Wrong Color palette Ordered on 1/24, shipment did not arrive until 2/10. I'm almost through the painting and I feel like this company did a very poor job of color matching to the photo I provided. The colors of me and my partners shirts are so close to skin color/background colors and some of the highlights on the shirts do not match whatsoever. It doesn't seem like they color matched correctly, however I am still going to finish and gift this to my partner for Valentines day. I just will not be purchasing from this company again due to the shipping inconvenience and the overall experience with the colors being slightly off.

Ok, not perfect but ok. Once I received my tracking details I was nervous about using the shop app as it asks permission to read your emails if you sign up. I emailed the company asking for an update on shipping as I didn’t want to agree to those terms. I was suspicious. Seemed like a big red flag. Only then did I read all the reviews here and I didn’t expect to hear anything more. A few days later however I did get a response that my order was on its way. A few more days and my package actually did arrive…in total from order to delivery was about 3 weeks. The packaging was damaged but goods inside were still intact. What I ordered was supposed to include a free easel which was missing from the delivery, but I’m grateful that the only thing missing was free anyway. My order shipped from Hong Kong and instructions are in English unlike the experience of some others here. I probably should be annoyed that the free thing didn’t arrive but after reading the other reviews and thinking I’d been scammed I’m actually happy I received the designs and paints.

I still have not received the order that was supposed to be shipped in less than a week and of course the payment was deducted from my account the next day The company does not respond to emails and the tracking system is a joke Byers beware to say the least
