Dont waste you time or money I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Purchaced an order early march. Never got a verification email. I contacted them early April and was told "Due to unforeseen production issues and downtime in our facilities, we have experienced unexpected delays in fulfilling orders, we anticipate that your order will be shipped out by next week". That was 3 weeks ago. And still nothing, not even a verification email. Don't waste your time with this company. Its disappointing as there was such a huge range of great looking products. Sadly, its not worth it.

I ordered a paint by numbers as a… I ordered a paint by numbers as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive by Christmas as it was suppose to. When it finally arrived I was not so please to find they shipped me a shirt instead of the paint by number that I definitely ordered.

Absolutely no communication Absolutely no communication. I canceled this order 5 times and it was still sent to me. I’m still waiting to get a response from this company but probably won’t because they suck at responding. Don’t bother buying here.

Missing/Wrong Paint I ordered the 36 color paint kit last year before Christmas as a gift. It was discovered during unpacking that one of the paint colors shipped did not match the instructions and intended colors. I contacted customer service and had to go back and forth with them and send pics 5-6 times, a real pain. They said they would send a replacement paint, but never followed through. Very disappointing experience.

Painting no show I ordered on 11th jan and a month later order status still says unfulfilled have emailed numerous times and nothing. Paintly is very unreliable they take your money so they are thieves don’t buy from these I am very stressed I will buy elsewhere I would have liked to have ordered more as my first two painting from you were excellent so that is why I ordered another one I think I just got scammed
