Excellent spare parts experience The plastic tabs of the top of our cole&mason pepper grinder had snapped off resulting in a still functioning but precarious grinder. An email to the service department resulted in a a new top a few days later free of charge. Nothing better than keeping something working rather than chucking it away. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Stylish and great quality. Absolutely love these salt and pepper sets. I’ve bought two sets one as a house warming and one as a Christmas present for my brother in law who’s on a mission to find the perfect pepper mill. Can’t help but feel a tiny bit smug that I’ve aced both gifts.

Great set of mills for just the cost of delivery. I saw the salt & pepper mills on the website, listed as £0.00. I thought there might be some mistake but went ahead with the purchase, half expecting an email stating there was an error on the listing, but I never got one. They were delivered a couple of days later. Delivery was £4.95 so that was all I had to pay for a great set of salt & pepper mills.
