When you cook a lot, you need a good hood.... My range hood came with the house was mounted very low (19.5" from stove top) and it finally stopped working. I compared various brand and picked SC9830 because it's strong capabilities and qualities. The best part I like is the cleaning features. No more oil mesh , no more parts to pop off for soak and scrub. The steam feature makes cleaning easier and happy wife means happy life. More cooking and more joy. Lifetime motor warranty and limited parts warranty. We we really wanted one that will be with us as long as we are in this house. Asked lots questions. Customer service was fast and responsive. I don't live in LA so I don't qualify for free installation took my husband a handful of struggles to cut the cabinets and mount this beautiful hood. We loved it and we recommend to everyone who is considering getting a new range hood.

I like that approach. She also followed up with demo videos and arranged the installation perfectly. The whole installation process was fast, smooth and professional. Highly recommended.

When ordering online When ordering online, it asked my cell phone number and email, but after placed the order, I did not receive any confirmation with the model I ordered. I wonder if the order went through without any mistakes. But there is not way to find out even I called but no body answered the phone.
