Very professional installer. The installation person call me ahead before show up. He is very nice and curtesy person. He wear the shoes cover as well. He answered all the questions. Very professional person.

The installer installed the hood over 30 inches above the counter top The installer rejected to change the panel from 8 inches to 10 inches and insisted to install the hood. Now my hood is over 30 inches from the counter top. I called the office but so far didn't hear anything back. I am paying the installing fee but ended up by not having the ideal height for the hood. It's so unfortunate and disappointing. (follow-up update) Pacific addressed my concern and sent a new worker to lower the hood. This worker didn't do a great job as the steel panel isn't even, but at least he lowered it. Thanks! Change to 3 stars.
