GBGreat customer service Great customer service. We had technical questions and those were addressed via phone call. Payment and shipping went smoothly, and the products arrived very well packaged and therefore undamaged and included all needed accessories.

GBI had bought a radiator from Hudson… I had bought a radiator from Hudson Reed about 20 years ago, it was a towel warmer with a ceramic coating. It began to corrode and needed to be replaced so I ordered what I thought was the exact same radiator. When the technician arrived to install it we found out that the valve sizes had been reduced from 3/4 inch to a 1/2 inch and the valves had restricted flow thus I was only able to heat the new radiator and none after in line. Spent and additional $2000 to figure out how to get the whole boiler system working to heat my house. I would suggest that in your advertisements that you list the specifications sizes for all connections and to also list the flow rates thru the radiator itself.

GBThe radiators were not delivered on… The radiators were not delivered on time, at least one was damaged, and parts were missing at the time of delivery.

GBGreat product and service - FedEx is awful I bought two of the 1000W electric radiators for our living room. The first set were pretty badly damaged from shipping. Hudson Reed's customer service on this issue was great, though, and they sent me two replacement radiators pretty quickly with more padding on the packaging. One of them was still a bit dinged but otherwise they were fine. The products themselves work and look great! While I'm pleased with Hudson Reed's customer service in fixing this issue, it's annoying that we still need to get rid of a couple damaged (and really heavy) radiators. From looking at other reviews, it seems several North America customers have this same issue. I'd suggest HR drops FedEx as their carrier for these.
