GBGood customer service Hello, I’m a Plumber, i purchased this heated towel bar from your company because the building prints specified it. A couple days after placing the order i found out the customer had changed their mind and told the contractor but not me. I sent a email to your customer support about needing to return this product and they were very helpful and explained what i needed to do. I should receive my refund soon. GBThis is my third review This is my third review. It went from one star to three and now back to one. Rather than detailing the first totally unsatisfactory train of events, let me just say that the product that was ultimately sent -- at a discounted price because of the previous chaos -- was the wrong one. I hoped it would work, but it is less than satisfactory, certainly not as good a the original. I'll sum up by saying that I'm glad I don't need any of H-R's cast iron registers!

CAExcellent customer service Excellent customer service and follow through. I couldn't find the spare part I needed for my shower. Lisa helped me get my account setup with the spare part already added on my cart, so all I really needed to do was checkout. Kept me informed too on the delivery of my package. GBAbove and Beyond We have never ordered or used any type of radiator to heat our home. Your customer service department is phenomenal! They walked us through every step with an explanation of why or why not made sure we had everything ordered and any contact numbers incase of an issue. Can not thank them enough

GBOrdered Two Radiators and one came… Ordered Two Radiators and one came dented and the other one was Lost by Fedex. Spoke to Amanda and she sent out Two new Replacements and wasn't damaged. Would Order from again Nice Looking Products.
