CAFirst Order This was our first order from Hudson Reed, the towel warmer came in damaged (probabily in transit) the customer service rep was very good and sent out a replacement right away. it came a few days later in perfect shape. the product is good quality with a nice finish

USThe radiators were not delivered on… The radiators were not delivered on time, at least one was damaged, and parts were missing at the time of delivery.

USDamaged Product and Happily Replaced The product I received back in November was poorly packaged and the product was damaged. The team contacted me and replaced the product.
