GBI had bought a radiator from Hudson… I had bought a radiator from Hudson Reed about 20 years ago, it was a towel warmer with a ceramic coating. It began to corrode and needed to be replaced so I ordered what I thought was the exact same radiator. When the technician arrived to install it we found out that the valve sizes had been reduced from 3/4 inch to a 1/2 inch and the valves had restricted flow thus I was only able to heat the new radiator and none after in line. Spent and additional $2000 to figure out how to get the whole boiler system working to heat my house. I would suggest that in your advertisements that you list the specifications sizes for all connections and to also list the flow rates thru the radiator itself.

GBIt seems to do what it’s supposed… Product seems to do what it’s supposed to do. Looks great. And the responsiveness with inquiries was excellent. Product delivery updates were good to have and product came in a timely manner

GBGood customer service Hello, I’m a Plumber, i purchased this heated towel bar from your company because the building prints specified it. A couple days after placing the order i found out the customer had changed their mind and told the contractor but not me. I sent a email to your customer support about needing to return this product and they were very helpful and explained what i needed to do. I should receive my refund soon. CAquick shipment quick shipment, great quality product, good communication, only tweak that might have helped was that if I had known the item was shipping not from USA but from Europe, then I would have used my Canadian (final) address and saved all the hassle and duties of shipping to my USA address, otherwise all good. I would order from Hudson Reed again anytime.

GBProblem solved quickly The experience was complicated in the respect that the company was supportive and did everything they could to make the experience work. Unfortunately Fed X damaged the radiator and Hudson Reed had to send a new one. I sent a note with pictures and the next day they sent me a new one. The project had to be slowed because of this minor part. They made it right as quickly as they could, thank you Curtis.
