GBThis is my third review This is my third review. It went from one star to three and now back to one. Rather than detailing the first totally unsatisfactory train of events, let me just say that the product that was ultimately sent -- at a discounted price because of the previous chaos -- was the wrong one. I hoped it would work, but it is less than satisfactory, certainly not as good a the original. I'll sum up by saying that I'm glad I don't need any of H-R's cast iron registers!

GBExcellent service Hudson Reed staff were incredible. They were patient with all the queries and ordering was very simple. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge and response time. I communicated via phone and email and found staff to be pheonmenal. They always knew the status of my order. I’d highly recommend Hudson Reed and would use their services should I need.

GBGood customer service Hello, I’m a Plumber, i purchased this heated towel bar from your company because the building prints specified it. A couple days after placing the order i found out the customer had changed their mind and told the contractor but not me. I sent a email to your customer support about needing to return this product and they were very helpful and explained what i needed to do. I should receive my refund soon. Thanks for your great customer service.

GBSHIPPING ISSUES WITH QUICK FIX AND POSSITIVE RESULTS ALTHOUGH WE HAD SOME SHIPPING ISSUES HUDSON REED TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION AND MADE IT RIGHT. MY EMAILS AND CORRESPONDENCE WERE ANSWERED FAST AND WITH CONCERN.

GBGreat product and service - FedEx is awful I bought two of the 1000W electric radiators for our living room. The first set were pretty badly damaged from shipping. Hudson Reed's customer service on this issue was great, though, and they sent me two replacement radiators pretty quickly with more padding on the packaging. One of them was still a bit dinged but otherwise they were fine. The products themselves work and look great! While I'm pleased with Hudson Reed's customer service in fixing this issue, it's annoying that we still need to get rid of a couple damaged (and really heavy) radiators. From looking at other reviews, it seems several North America customers have this same issue. I'd suggest HR drops FedEx as their carrier for these.
