Order FW5061 Order FW5061 Purchased 4 of these filters, and although you were quick to confirm, charge & deliver - Customer Service is non-existent when I have trouble with your product. One of them is either defective or they all are, but didn't want to use a 2nd filter hoping to return the lot. End of the day, a good seal isn't created, fridge leaks, and creates voids in the line. Placed the old filter back and issues disappear. Several emails and calls made to them, to no avail.

The products were ordered on 7-20 and… The products were ordered on 7-20 and delivered on 7-25! The price was fantastic! My only comment is that when the order was placed it said I would be receiving a shipping confirmation. That did not happen and when I checked the order status yesterday online, the result was "in fulfillment process". Imagine my surprise when the mail carrier delivered the package.

Advertised as an NSF Advertised as an NSF, IAMPO and one more tested product and it is not. Won’t use the filters until proof that the filters are indeed certified as advertised.

Fit like OEM Easy ordering, prompt delivery. I was highly skeptical of this third party filter for my KitchenAid refrigerator. At the price point I thought I'd give it a try. It fits perfectly and tastes the same as the brand name filters I'd been using (obviously not scientific by any means).
