Had difficulty in finding the water… Had difficulty in finding the water filter for model of my refrigerator. Ends up they could not locate the one needed and promptly credited me the purchase fee, as requested.

I ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024… I ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024 and sent 2 emails asking for arrival dates and have received NOTHING except, "How are we doing". You tell me how you are doing! Unsatisfied customer. Mike

Cross your fingers and hope you get your order!! Communication with your customers is terrible. I made a purchase in late December and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out via email numerous times requesting the status with no reply. This is bad business.

Late and incomplete Only 2 of the four filters I ordered have been received and the partial order was sent to us 2 weeks later than expected. We have emailed and tried the chat with no response
