Not a Franke manufactured part I believe I did not receive the name brand product (Franke) but rather a generic. On the DCP website, they show a picture of the part in a package that has the name Franke, suggesting that the product is made by Franke. However, I received the part in a plain plastic bag, suggesting it is a generic replacement part, that might not last as long. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my issues were addressed and had GREAT communication skills. Her customer service was 5-stars and would give her more but that’s the limit .

Ordered a Toto toilet tank I dealt with Brian at Decorative Plumbing and want to say that he went above and beyond in customer service. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. I needed a Toto toilet tank, and he found the model I needed and gave me a very fair price. It was less expensive than the local plumbing suppliers I had looked at. It arrived as scheduled. Helpful/expert advice - greatly appreciated! I needed parts to fix old locking mechanism on 20-year-old doorknobs. I’m not really a do-it-yourselfer, but thought I knew part numbers. He asked for project photos for his own review/expert advice and then confirmed his assessment by calling the manufacturer before booking the order. Of course his revised parts numbers worked great. I’m a fan of Decorative Plumbing!!!
