Not a Franke manufactured part I believe I did not receive the name brand product (Franke) but rather a generic. On the DCP website, they show a picture of the part in a package that has the name Franke, suggesting that the product is made by Franke. However, I received the part in a plain plastic bag, suggesting it is a generic replacement part, that might not last as long. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

Positive Experience I found a hard to find item here at a very good price. Customer Service (Gibi) was very helpful. Advised back order time up front and advised shipping information as requested. Item was as described and well packaged. I would order from this company again.
