GBHelpful/expert advice - greatly appreciated! I needed parts to fix old locking mechanism on 20-year-old doorknobs. I’m not really a do-it-yourselfer, but thought I knew part numbers. He asked for project photos for his own review/expert advice and then confirmed his assessment by calling the manufacturer before booking the order. Of course his revised parts numbers worked great. I’m a fan of Decorative Plumbing!!!
