Amazing service Amazing service. So quick and reliable. Quick turn arround for a hot tub removal, was done within 3 days of the quote. Was not expensive at all, and was cheaper than most competors with the quickest delivery time also. Went above and beyond when i asked to bring something else up on the journey. Both lads who delivered was brilliant, got the hot tub safe to us. 5 star, cannot fault at all.

They diagnosed the problem instantly and explained everything in detail to the point I could almost fit the part sin myself next time. Unfortunately a very poor experience Unfortunately a very poor experience! After paying a deposit to have our tub relocated our house sale fell through. Contacted this company many times when we were ready to move. Takes forever to reply and when they do they then wanted to quote for the job! In the end we ended up having to leave our hot tub with the house! Extremely poor at communicating and worse at actually carrying out the job just because there was a big change of dates! I asked for a refund of deposit when they asked to quote for the job…. Needless to say I was flat turned down 5 days after I asked!
