Their 'laid back' response, "We'll have to order a new circulation pump from the manufacturer cost £185 plus £180 to fit. We don't know when it will arrive but have booked a provisional visit in ten days time in case the pump has arrived by then." I rang A2b tubs late on Friday afternoon and explained the situation. At eight o'clock on Monday morning two engineers arrived from A2b tested the swim spa and fitted a new heater coil. "Nothing wrong with the pump," they explained. Total cost of the repair £200 including parts and labour. Staggering since I'm in South-Wales and the engineers travelled from Chesterfield. Excellent, honest service from A2b which I cannot fault.

Brilliant from start to end From the initial contact with Jay to the delivery with Kyle and colleague, it’s been a superb service. I am no expert when it comes to hot tubs, but the gentleman have guided me at every stage. Kept it simple, no over complications, quick communications, and competitively priced. Thank you.

The service was fantastic…. The service was fantastic. Very nice guys that came to deliver my hot tub. Very polite, always safety conscious and careful with the tub. They had a very difficult job to get it where I required it. Many steps and it was heavy. They worked for hours. Couldn’t recommend enough.

They diagnosed the problem instantly and explained everything in detail to the point I could almost fit the part sin myself next time.
