Bully boy tactics We have previously dealt with this company without a problem. We then decided to have the hot tub serviced and used A2B tubs again. Found the whole experience this time to very haphazard and unprofessional! I emailed with a fault that I wanted looked at during the service. When the lads arrived they had no knowledge of the fault, although give them their dues they did fix it (it was just a fuse that needed replacing). They dragged wet equipment and wore muddy wet shoes through the house on multiple trips to the van. After about the fourth trip they asked "ohh should we have taken it through the garage"....umm yeah! That would have been helpful. They were obviously busy and left whilst the hot tub was filling (I understand it's time consuming) but they couldn't demonstrate or test it without water in it! They advised me to wait til it was full and then power it back on. If I found any problems to contact them and they could come back the next day. Given that this was now gone 3pm and the tub take's a long time to fill and heat I wasn't able to use it that evening or verify that it was working! Woke the next morning to a text message (sent at 9.40pm) saying "Hi is it all paid?". When I replied saying I'd not had chance to check that it was working yet I just got bombarded with rude messages back. The invoice left clearly stated that I had 2 over week's to pay (10th May) so I'm not sure why the bully boy tactics were necessary! The owner Jay, who was actually one of the lads who visited was very unprofessional, rude and I won't be using him again!

Unfortunately a very poor experience Unfortunately a very poor experience! After paying a deposit to have our tub relocated our house sale fell through. Contacted this company many times when we were ready to move. Takes forever to reply and when they do they then wanted to quote for the job! In the end we ended up having to leave our hot tub with the house! Extremely poor at communicating and worse at actually carrying out the job just because there was a big change of dates! I asked for a refund of deposit when they asked to quote for the job…. Needless to say I was flat turned down 5 days after I asked!

Brilliant Service I recently had a 12 year old hot tub cut up and removed from my garden. It had to go through the laundry room and garage. It proved very difficult to cut and pouring rain did not help. Kyle and his colleague worked all morning and they left everywhere immaculate. The booking was made by Jay answering my enquiry quickly and providing the cost straight away. This company deserves 5 stars and I would certainly recommend it.

Professional and speedy response to our problem with the hot tub. … We were very impressed with the way our problem was dealt with by A2B tubs. They managed to source a spare part that had been discontinued and fitted it quickly and efficiently.Would definitely use their services again.

we live in Norfolk we live in Norfolk. called to get a price for hot tub re-location as they came recommended by the company we purchased our hot tub from. called to make arrangements and they happened to be in the area that day and our hot tub was collected and relocated within 7 hours of me contacting them. absolutely fantastic service and guys who came to do the move for us were very professional and very helpful. thanks again for fitting us in last minute, we won’t try and do it ourselves again.
