Brilliant from start to end From the initial contact with Jay to the delivery with Kyle and colleague, it’s been a superb service. I am no expert when it comes to hot tubs, but the gentleman have guided me at every stage. Kept it simple, no over complications, quick communications, and competitively priced. Thank you.

Unfortunately a very poor experience Unfortunately a very poor experience! After paying a deposit to have our tub relocated our house sale fell through. Contacted this company many times when we were ready to move. Takes forever to reply and when they do they then wanted to quote for the job! In the end we ended up having to leave our hot tub with the house! Extremely poor at communicating and worse at actually carrying out the job just because there was a big change of dates! I asked for a refund of deposit when they asked to quote for the job…. Needless to say I was flat turned down 5 days after I asked!

My hut tub move was far from ordinary involving a very steep slope but the lads were not daunted, cracked on and persevered until the job was completed. Highly recommended and thank you

We used A2B tubs when we were moving… We used A2B tubs when we were moving house and I can honestly say the experience was faultless. The guys rang the night before to give us an ETA. My access was a little awkward but the 2 lads made it look so easy. Ryan and Jack were so nice, very experienced and nothing was too much trouble.
