we live in Norfolk we live in Norfolk. called to get a price for hot tub re-location as they came recommended by the company we purchased our hot tub from. called to make arrangements and they happened to be in the area that day and our hot tub was collected and relocated within 7 hours of me contacting them. absolutely fantastic service and guys who came to do the move for us were very professional and very helpful. thanks again for fitting us in last minute, we won’t try and do it ourselves again.

Unfortunately a very poor experience Unfortunately a very poor experience! After paying a deposit to have our tub relocated our house sale fell through. Contacted this company many times when we were ready to move. Takes forever to reply and when they do they then wanted to quote for the job! In the end we ended up having to leave our hot tub with the house! Extremely poor at communicating and worse at actually carrying out the job just because there was a big change of dates! I asked for a refund of deposit when they asked to quote for the job…. Needless to say I was flat turned down 5 days after I asked!

Brilliant from start to end From the initial contact with Jay to the delivery with Kyle and colleague, it’s been a superb service. I am no expert when it comes to hot tubs, but the gentleman have guided me at every stage. Kept it simple, no over complications, quick communications, and competitively priced. Thank you.

We used A2B tubs when we were moving… We used A2B tubs when we were moving house and I can honestly say the experience was faultless. The guys rang the night before to give us an ETA. My access was a little awkward but the 2 lads made it look so easy. Ryan and Jack were so nice, very experienced and nothing was too much trouble. Great Service at a fair price. We have just used A2B tubs to move our hot tub as part of the recent moving process. I cannot praise them enough. They arrived at my previous home, wrapped it in cling-film, to protect it during the road journey, stored it for a few days, then delivered it to my new property today. There was no damage to the hot tub. The protective film, it was wrapped in, did the job. I would willingly use them again or recommend them to anyone else. They kept us informed as to when the hot tub would be picked up and when it would be delivered. Other businesses can learn from this company about setting the level of expectation.
