I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!

I did receive three damaged tiles(not the fault of Home Decor AZ)and Cindy put a damage claim in right away to have them replaced. I received the replacement tiles just days later!
