I did receive three damaged tiles(not the fault of Home Decor AZ)and Cindy put a damage claim in right away to have them replaced. I received the replacement tiles just days later! I definitely had a great experience with Home Decor AZ and highly recommend.

GB0 stars have not received my order I… Update recieved my order Thursday 3/19/2020 and tile was cracked and damaged I refuse to wait or deal with same situation! 0 stars have not received my order I email and reply says its on its way then status shows not shipped processing order
