0 stars have not received my order I… Update recieved my order Thursday 3/19/2020 and tile was cracked and damaged I refuse to wait or deal with same situation! 0 stars have not received my order I email and reply says its on its way then status shows not shipped processing order

Working with Cindy was such a pleasure Working with Cindy was such a pleasure. She communicated with me from the start of my order. I did receive three damaged tiles(not the fault of Home Decor AZ)and Cindy put a damage claim in right away to have them replaced. I received the replacement tiles just days later! I definitely had a great experience with Home Decor AZ and highly recommend.

Beautiful Glass Tile, Great Price, Perfect Delivery This was a splurge, but I love them. The glass mosaic tile sheets I bought here were already 11% cheaper than the closest retailer (4 hr round-trip and a negative Covid test required to get there). On top of this, the site was having a sale. They were packed very securely, came within 1 week of ordering, and not a single chip or broken tile in the 10 sheets I ordered. I'd highly recommend and will buy from this site again!!

Multiple concerns No on ever answers the phone or calls back. Definitely not a 24/7 customer service line. Finally got through to someone calling their local phone number versus the Toll Free number. That person did help us but I couldn't even find out if the product we needed was available until I actually ordered it.

Excellent customer service on refund My order was placed on line over a weekend. First thing Monday morning I received an email telling me my tile was on back order and would not be available until at least July. I appreciate the prompt customer service. As I need my tile prior to this date I ended up canceling my order. The order was refunded promptly. Although I cannot speak to the product, I do say the customer service was excellent. Even when it came to canceling business. I would recommend this company based on this service.
