Quick Replacement of Damaged Items Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.

Figured incorrectly and was 5 sq. ft. approx short.The business I had purchased them from said item was discontinued and was of absolutely no help. "Can't get it". Excellent customer service on refund My order was placed on line over a weekend. First thing Monday morning I received an email telling me my tile was on back order and would not be available until at least July. I appreciate the prompt customer service. As I need my tile prior to this date I ended up canceling my order. The order was refunded promptly. Although I cannot speak to the product, I do say the customer service was excellent. Even when it came to canceling business. I would recommend this company based on this service.

Products/Customer Service I ordered a bunch of tile, sconces, light fixtures, and faucets to finish up the remodeling of my house. Not only was shipping extremely fast and efficient, but the products that came were absolutely beautiful. Also, the customer service is top notch at Homedecoraz.
