GBbought tile for backsplash bought tile for backsplash. Figured incorrectly and was 5 sq. ft. approx short.The business I had purchased them from said item was discontinued and was of absolutely no help. "Can't get it". GBI was looking to order 2 boxes of tile I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!

GBOrdered Soci Pencil Edging on a Sunday… Ordered Soci Pencil Edging on a Sunday evening, and received it Friday afternoon via FedEx Ground from Soci warehouse in Texas. Emails for order confirmation, shipping notification, and delivery would have been much appreciated. I ordered but other than the charge and the order confirmation page, no idea they actually received and shipped - but they did. End of the day, I got what I wanted and in a very timely fashion.
