Quick Replacement of Damaged Items Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.

Repeat customer/ Household projects during quarantine. I have been fulfilling all of my house hold projects since the stay at home order. Home DecorAZ has become my #1 ordering site. I have ordered all of my supplies from them and plan on doing more. Each order is absolutely flawless. Customer service is top notch and my orders usually come within a week.

Beautiful tiles, wonderful service and quick delivery Ordered these tiles sight unseen and they matched perfectly to the ones I had purchased three years before from a different source. Packaged and protected and arrived with no cracks, chips or breaks! Could not be more delighted with this purchase! The young lady who helped me on the phone was friendly, cheerful and professional! The tiles arrived less than a week from when I ordered even during this COVID madness!

Excellent customer service on refund My order was placed on line over a weekend. First thing Monday morning I received an email telling me my tile was on back order and would not be available until at least July. I appreciate the prompt customer service. As I need my tile prior to this date I ended up canceling my order. The order was refunded promptly. Although I cannot speak to the product, I do say the customer service was excellent. Even when it came to canceling business. I would recommend this company based on this service.
