I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!

Beautiful Glass Tile, Great Price, Perfect Delivery This was a splurge, but I love them. The glass mosaic tile sheets I bought here were already 11% cheaper than the closest retailer (4 hr round-trip and a negative Covid test required to get there). On top of this, the site was having a sale. They were packed very securely, came within 1 week of ordering, and not a single chip or broken tile in the 10 sheets I ordered. I'd highly recommend and will buy from this site again!!

Emails for order confirmation, shipping notification, and delivery would have been much appreciated. I ordered but other than the charge and the order confirmation page, no idea they actually received and shipped - but they did. End of the day, I got what I wanted and in a very timely fashion.
