USI was looking to order 2 boxes of tile I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!

USI was looking for a specific floor tile… I was looking for a specific floor tile from Daltile for a quick project. Website showed in stock, which I called to check on. Stock was confirmed which I promptly ordered via the website. Tracking details were timely and accurate and product arrive even a little early. Packaging was well done so all product arrived in perfect condition.

USAfter finding out that my original tile… After finding out that my original tile choice was not available a week before work was to begin, I rushed out to select another choice. I found a new tile in a showroom however, delivery was 10 -14 days. I looked online and found this same tile on HomeDecor Az and after speaking with Cindy and getting her assurance that it was actually available and should only take a few days to ship, I placed my order online. Cindy handled my 'additional calls' to follow up very professionally and my tiles were delivered as expected. She followed up with me too to insure delivery date. They were packed perfectly and are being installed right now. Thank you!

USQuick Replacement of Damaged Items Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.

USMultiple concerns No on ever answers the phone or calls back. Definitely not a 24/7 customer service line. Finally got through to someone calling their local phone number versus the Toll Free number. That person did help us but I couldn't even find out if the product we needed was available until I actually ordered it.
