Fantastic!! I'm first time customer. Ordered a case of Red Feather butter. A few of the cans appeared to had leaked in shipping from distributor,( not Pantry Paratus). Called Pantry Paratus and spoke to Chaya personally. Had replacement three days later.

I received what I ordered, fast I love having soft butter... ready, not waiting till it finally gets soft. I ordered 5 full size Butter Keepers for me and a few for gifts. I also ordered heat diffusers to use on the stove for glass or ceramic - Bed Bath & Beyond didn't have them & couldn't find them on their internet!
