Pantry paratus I love this business on so many levels! First, they offer products that you can't find in the box stores and the quality of merchandise is exceptional. Second, in this day where "customer service" means pushing buttons on the phone or speaking to someone half a world away, P.P. has stayed true to caring about the customer. It's like talking to a friend. Finally, there are the blogs. Both informative and entertaining, the blogs have become some of my favorite reading. If they were put into a book, it would be a best seller. Pantry Paratus, you'll always be part of my family!

Poor communicaton Not sure why, perhaps to their re-organizing but very poor communication. Order was acknowledge promptly but then nothing for almost 2 weeks. This was a drop shipment, but still seemed inappropriately quiet. Contacted Pantry Paratus by email and then left a phone message a day or two later. Next thing I got from them was the tracking number for the order and that's all. Glad to receive my product but poor communication. Probably would not use them again.

Most companies I purchase from offer a better shipping policy. Most companies I purchase from offer free shipping if we spend $ 50.00. I enjoy my purchase from you but know you'd make more profit from me, more regularly, with a more generous shipping policy.

I received what I ordered, fast I love having soft butter... ready, not waiting till it finally gets soft. I ordered 5 full size Butter Keepers for me and a few for gifts. I also ordered heat diffusers to use on the stove for glass or ceramic - Bed Bath & Beyond didn't have them & couldn't find them on their internet!

I can say that it is easy to find items on the Web site. The presentations are accurate and appealing. The sale prices are quite good, as well as free shipping. Also, communication about a back order was immediate, and they gave me the choice of canceling. Also, my items were delivered within a couple of days, and we're in perfect condition.
